Garage Network Co-Ordinator

Job Role Introduction

To develop and maintain effective administration and support of the AutoCare garage programme

Key Responsibilities

New Garage applications

  • To ensure that applications are processed in a timely manner
  • To coordinate the activity of contractors to ensure that garages are merchandised to the required standard within the agreed timescale.
  • To communicate throughout the application process with the garage/member to inform them of progress to date and any delays
  • To ensure that on completion invoices for membership are sent to the garage and the member
  • To ensure that on completion an addition is made to the website and that all service providers and the sales team are informed.
  • To send out garage packs, membership details, etc and

Record Keeping

  • Ensure that accurate records are kept of all activity with AutoCare garages
  • Application stage
  • Invoices raised and paid – Annual renewals invoices/contracts are sent out one month before renewal date
  • Training programmes attended ensuring they only use 6 days
  • Technical helpline usage
  • Visits recorded
  • Telephone contact recorded
  • Written and e-mail contact recorded
  • Promotions run.
  • Circulate headline numbers to the Management Team by the end of the third working day each month.

 

Training (AutoCare & G-Serve)

  • Liaise with the training providers to ensure that the training course are relevant
  • Ensure by liaising with garages and Members that the courses are filled.
  • Book training courses specifically requested by Members.

 

Promotions

  • Ensure that the detail needed by the marketing team to run effective promotions is available and accurate.
  • Ringing and chasing up proofs that are outstanding from the promotions
  • Contact Garage/co-ordinator to inform them of the promotion and the content

 

Communication

  • Proactively contact garages to ensure that:
  • They are aware of the added value AutoCare benefits (training, technical helpline, G-Serve, stationery & point of sale, etc.)
  • To ensure that they are happy with the scheme
  • Keep contact with the coordinators
  • Sending co-ordinator packs out when requested
  • They are aware of the added value AutoCare benefits (training, technical helpline, G-Serve, stationery & point of sale, etc.)
  • Ensure they are happy with the scheme and have no problems.
  • GROUPAUTO Sales Force
  • Ensure that they are aware of communication and activity with AutoCare Garages and Co-ordinator

 

Personal Development

  • Ensure that you are always aware of company objectives and how you can aid fulfilment of those objectives.
  • Ensure that you receive adequate training to enable us to fulfil our objectives.
  • Monitor performance against targets and deadlines.

 

General

At all times be flexible and accept that it may occasionally be necessary, within reason, to take on alternative or additional duties in order to maintain efficient running of the company.
